THE ORCV IS MOVING!

Later this year, the Victorian offices of Australian Sailing will be moving from its current Sandringham location to the new State Sailing Centre on Albert Park Lake. Previously, the Boatshed facility, which has previously focused on introductory sail training activities, is undergoing significant building renovations to provide enhanced office and training facilities so to be able to accommodate the local Australian Sailing team.
The ORCV will also move its office activities and staff into the new State Sailing Centre. There are some significant benefits to the ORCV;

  •  More central location for all our members.
  •  Access to improved training facilities and better parking
  • Closer liaison with the Australia Sailing team
  •  A safer and more comfortable environment for our staff

Our currently owned offices in the Docklands Cotton Mills in Footscray will be retained and subsequently leased so the move will also be financially positive for the ORCV.
