Like I've just said in the piece No Idea, there were some great things going on just before Easter. So much so, that I actually had no idea what was going to be the hero pic, because I just couldn't choose. All pics © Steb Fisher.
So yes, by default, this pic of Veloce at the General Recall kind of gets it by default. Lucky it was a GR or it would have been around you go!
Couldn't have paid for a shot like this. At least Ninety Seven's was just wool, Jazz Player had all sorts of issues to contend with and lost heaps of ground in the process.
And this pic of Scarlet Runner lee bowing Living Doll was always up for an honourable mention! Ikon also in frame.
Lots of boats in the same area as a huge Yankee Foxtrot got my attention too!
But my sentimental favourite was this one. Gee I am glad you are all OK. Richard it was good to talk with you at Port Fairy and then again on the phone at Apollo Bay. Thank you. This one was already up for a mention for the boom sticker, BTW.
