Robin and Val

The recent delivery of Yoko up north is the final episode of what has been an amazing career in ocean sailing for Robin Hewitt, and the many sailors and support crew, who have shared in those adventures, over many years and so many destinations.

Please join Robin, Val and the Yoko crew to celebrate the thrills and spills of this remarkable boat and skipper.

BBQ lunch and entertainment will be provided for a $20 per head event ticket. This includes gourmet sausages with optional fried onions or Royals beef burger with tomato, lettuce and their special sauce or vegetable skewer plus coleslaw side salad will be on offer. Also, steaks will be available for anyone who is gluten free. Drinks at bar prices

The 2018 “Blairgowrie Ice Bucket” is still up for grabs! WS_NTC4 has now been published on the website, confirming that our host, Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron (BYS) has agreed to our request to reschedule Race Two of the Winter Series, the Blairgowrie Passage Race. Thursday Weather Update The weather for this weekend's race to Blairgowrie  looked very hopeful this morning as the BOM had updated the forecast, predicting winds less than 25 knots. The latest forecast has deteriorated so unfortunately a definite decision cannot be made at this time.
