Berthing Support:
Direction for berthing will be given by the Mersey Yacht Club and yes you may be asked to raft up. Please ensure you bring fenders and ropes.
Mersey Yacht Club will provide a boat to assist with sounding and safely navigating the marina.
We have assumed boats will stay for presentations on Sunday. If this is not your intention, please let us know at
BYO Fenders:
Before you head off, please ensure adequate fenders for rafting up at the Mersey Yacht Cub.
Food and Drinks:
Food and drinks will be available at the Mersey Yacht Club when you arrive. All registered crew members will be eligible for a drink voucher that can be collected from the bar.
Presentation BBQ:
Presentations are expected to take place on Sunday at 10:00 a.m together with a Mersey Yacht Club BBQ and will be confirmed by the Race Director team via SMS on Saturday night.

Race Photos/Videos:
As we can't be with you for the whole race, you’re invited to share your photos with the ORCV media team. All photos submitted may be used by ORCV media during the race and in upcoming promotions.
Please, NO ALCOHOL, and if possible, avoid sunglasses in crew photos. We want to see your lovely, happy faces 😊

We would love some short (<90sec) reels in portrait orientation of the race for our social media. If your reel is published on our Facebook/Instagram accounts, you will receive an Australian-made ORCV-branded neck warmer made from Victorian Merino Wool.
Backstay Flags / Trackers:
Melbourne to Devonport Rudder Cup backstay flags will be distributed with your trackers. Please display them proudly! Don't forget to pick up your tracker before leaving.
