ORCV Committee Member, Marissa McManus and Hush were always going to get the hero pic spot with this lovely boom sticker placement. Well done and cheers.

Sm5508RR910-6-0682

All right then, it only seems appropriate to keep going with the Hush theme... Here they are coming into the bottom mark area.

As a complete aside, one of the members of the 70's glam rock band, Hush, is Les Gock and he went on to become one of the country's most prolific jingle writers.

Sm5508RR910-6-0686

One busy little Vegemite - Marissa has to fly the kite and retrieve it too! (which we saw in the hero pic, earlier)

Sm5508RR910-6-0687

I think this is Peter Chalkley driving. Please advise, I am sorry, I have never met you, so wouldn't know...

Sm5508RR910-6-IV440

Colours, sunshine, gentle breeze and blue water - let's go for a yacht!

Sm385RR910-6-1026

Two guys and kite pole. So many lines...

Sm385RR910-6-1028

Let the sermon begin!

Sm385RR910-6-1035

Firefox, in case you had not worked it out from the earlier pics...

Sm385RR910-6-1041

Smashing cheese and biscuits. Great image composition and colours, Steb.

Sm500RR910-6-0661

Marvellous red.

Sm500RR910-6-0680

"So like, he went that way and we went over here and they still got to the bottom before us..."

Sm500RR910-6-0874

Anyone need a plumber?

Sm500RR910-6-0884

Alien leads Can Can downhill.

Sm616RR910-6-0761

ORCV Stalwarts, Magic. They loved their first time on these pages during the Artsy Fartsy article of the inaugural M2G.

Sm616RR910-6-0767

I met Phillip for the first time just recently, at King Island. Hello mate.

Sm616RR910-6-1084 Sm616RR910-6-IV547

Looking very much like a smaller White Swan. Quelle Surprise about that, huh.

Sm739RR910-6-1118

Ingara clipping along in towards the top mark.

Sm739RR910-6-IV570

Ingara with a KA kite - now that's old!

Sm801RR910-6-0759

More S80 action - they're everywhere... Our Jack Tar buddies popping into view, between them and mark, eh Robbie!

Sm801RR910-6-0775

Good Question, this time.

Sm801RR910-6-1054

Must have been shirts off Saturday - no one told us.

Sm801RR910-6-IV533

Must have been raising more money for the kids! How much did you make?

Sm927RR910-6-0724

As part of the Adams Family. The Collective Nouns thread is HERE and HERE and HERE too.

Sm927RR910-6-0905

Great, close-in crew shots, Steb.

Sm927RR910-6-0907

Sm1068RR910-6-1073

Sm1068 = Copyright, which is just a great segue to say thanks to one of our regular readers, Ian Lindsay, who is a Patent Attorney at Watermark. He sails with the BO - kite has to be up - boys.

Sm1298RR910-6-1142

Salt Shaker approaching the top mark.

Sm1298RR910-6-1146

Almost hero pic, just because it is such a good image, Steb. This person should buy this pic from you or we will have to consider our options....

Sm1298RR910-6-1147

Two more of Salt Shaker - the red works well.

Sm1298RR910-6-IV621

Sm1347RR910-6-0702 Sm1347RR910-6-0911

Go Scotch!

Sm1347RR910-6-0895

Clean up the kite gear and you're done.

Sm1367RR910-6-0711

All very nice really... the Beneteau people would be happy with you.

Sm3929RR910-6-0981

Rhiannon are having a good time on the scoreboard.

Sm3929RR910-6-0986

Good.

Sm3929RR910-6-0987

Better.

Sm3929RR910-6-IV479

Magic racing really. The Bay is good when it's good, all right...

Sm3929RR910-6-IV483

This didn't improve dramatically as they got there. the two having kite issues ended up all in a fluster and coming back into the course was the best solution.

Sm4504RR910-6-1013

Classic Steb, Bowman, wave and colour. Bellablu here.

Sm4504RR910-6-1014

The FDU would love this for the famous two sided Tshirt. I'm busy - all right!!!

Sm4504RR910-6-1022

Pole end up?

Sm5533RR910-6-0674

Sm5533 = Barinya. Good stuff from the mastman, looking at the heady as it goes into the foil. Bonus points for you!

Sm6031RR910-6-0771

Yellow everywhere.

Sm6031RR910-6-0786

Now the trimmer just has to buy this one!!!

Sm6031RR910-6-1088

Kite trimmer gets bonus points for the neck crane too!

Sm6142RR910-6-0641

Watermark coming down in front of ??? I know she's not a ketch!

Sm6142RR910-6-0853

Watermark going in - nice wave.

Sm6886RR910-6-0720

Could be paint here. As the V bugs said - "You scratched my ride!"

Sm6886RR910-6-0722

Intended winward drop - right?

Sm6886RR910-6-0957

More Young Lions.

Sm6886Sm6886RR910-6-0960

Sm7314RR910-6-1059

I'm sure everyone can read the transom from here.

Sm7314RR910-6-1070

Nice.

Sm8521RR910-6-0973

Sm8521RR910-6-0997

Great stuff with Carbine here.

Sm8521RR910-6-1021

What a glorious way to finish the Div 2 & 3 stuff out.

RipTourCHcover

"... on the cover of a magazine", went the line in Madonna's Vogue.

RipTourCHspread

The cover and a couple of the internal images in the April edition of Cruising Helmsman are by none other than our mate, Steb Fisher. Well done pal!

CMS6_CF_Steb

...and here is the man himself. Thank you to Chris Furey for the pic, taken when the Love Boat went past the start boat.

Divisions Two and Three are now complete. So what's next?
