ORCV Melbourne to Stanley (M2S)

It can't be much chop out there...

... but the steak sandwiches are good!

StanleySteakSandwich

Bernie's Murray Grey Steak Sandwich from the Swingin' Cafe (not sure about that) but am sure about the food! So good that Tanya has a major Bovine fixation now and was disappointed with her Scallop Pie - seriously.

Seriously though, it really can't be much chop out there. Below is the radar image for the area of operation and you can see that right over the top odf them is a "patch" of rain - nice... NOT! Amazing how we can handle waves clean over the boat, but rain, which is fresh water too, really upsets the average yachty. Thought for the day perhaps?

In this image from 1452hrs 30/10/10, Naracoopa is on the Eastern side of King Island and you can see that further East of that, right were they are it is wet. So there you go. BTW, King Island Airport is showing 15-25 knots - from the South. Crazy weather, eh?
