We mentioned Andy in Classic Bass Straight and his popped down to 13th Beach for us to be the on the spot weather man. Nice work, lad...

Back up in Melbourne, this is what it looked like...

1900hrs update from adjacent Portsea Pier aboard Voctorian Reliance - wet! Andy Roberts tells us that at 13th Beach it has eased off a bit and gone back to the Nor'west. Neville Rose on the Geelong Road reports that the radar says the next soaking is about an hour away..........
