The 2011 Easter fleet got a real drubbing when strong winds and four to six meter seas pounded the boats and tested all the crew.   Let’s hope the weather is a lot kinder than last years race when only ten boats managed to finish in the very difficult conditions.

Beyond Outrageous was one of the boats who clung on in big seas around Cape Otway and then made a decision to turn back.  Visit their video gallery at  www.beyondoutrageous.com to view some fantastic footage of Beyond Outrageous getting a taste of the big seas in last years ORCV Melbourne to Port Fairy Race.
