2008 Port Fairy Update

A 15 to 20 knot southerly greeted the fleet for the start. The fleet was a bit slow off the line with the first boat 25 seconds late and the last boat 13 minutes late. The fleet enjoyed a fast run on a close reach with all of the fleet past Apollo bay except for Ingenue who started at 8 o’clock this morning. eXstasea and Ninety Seven were 4 and 2 miles passed Cape Otway respectively. Once round Otway the fleet should enjoy a fast run to the finish.
