ORCV Melbourne to Apollo Bay (M2AB)

N.B. - Note Well - 1000hrs Start!!!

Yes. 1000hrs on 14/05/11 is your new M2AB starting time and there is a new addendum (#2, with an issue date of 13/05/11) to the SIs to go with it. Get that HERE, now, as it has all the relevant changes to all of the times for sign on etc...

In short, it's all about daylight and a bit more warmth. If it is not feasible to go outside, then a Port Phillip course will be run. All details and times to match new start are in said Addendum #2.

Kevin Robinson from No Fearr tells us that, "We are relaxed either way - Race on Port Phillip or go to AB, but at least with the late start we can watch the footy before we head down in the 30kts on Port Phillip. PS. Snow looks good at Mt Hotham!"

Another serial racer very keen to be involved no matter which course is chosen, is Phil Spry-Bailey and the team on Magic. Well Done.

Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to racing you go.

Not a place to go into
in an Easterly or if you
draw too much.
Plenty of souls around to ask
about that and there's also
the bombora out the front.

Supertramp above looks bad,
but had storm boards in etc.
Port was closed thereafter,
though...

Don't even attempt to go in
with an Easterly blowing,
however...
