ORCV Melbourne to Geelong (M2G)
I've only had a few wines, Officer.
And you probably thought I was off having a few wines and forgot about the M2G pics? Nup. Just a touch of GABO with the M2O etc... OH yeah! And a really cool new prize for what we've previously called the Red Wine Cup - first in to Hobart from the M2HW and M2HE fleets will get a Mobilarm V100. Yep. Very cool and more on that, just a little bit later.
We're still at the rounding of R2 and here are some more of Steb Fisher's pics from the waterborne component of the 2010 M2G.
WINEGLASS! Loved the cocked head - don't think it makes it look any better, however!!! (Try it).
So before all that, there was this aboard The Bookmaker. Team BO in behind.
The Stern Wave is back. Long Live The Stern Wave!
This is just a great shot. Love it.
Here are The Cappers with Schüss just in front.
Hhhmmmm. Weight to windward may be good about now...
Better.
Hey Look!!! There's that bloke again. In the beannie. You know... (Look also, Freya needs a floss.)
Yeah, yeah. That's gotta be him. His name rhymes with Doug, I think!!!
(I can see the abusive emails already. Bring it on.)
Valiant from Geelong was part of cruising with kites.
So too, was The Sav.
Look out. The Brass are checking up on you!
They collected some wine at presentations...
Vladimir and the gang from Escapde collected their wine, polished it off and had more. See POLE AXED.
There were a few looking for a remedy the next morning, but the crew of Remedy, did not seem to be part of that agenda. Smart folk. Yoko in behind her.
And here is Yoko - designed by a guy who later would be known as Ben...
Lexcen, that is.
The Finger in front with Magazan53, Fade2Grey and Yoko in this bunch.
Here's the ORCV's Tanya Stanford and Nouannie.
Should get a carbon pole if it needs three guys to move it... (Basil Brush). R187 =
... Biddy Hu II
These boats with really big names on their topsides makes it so easy for Steb and I.... Thanks. Very Handy.
Team BO. They usually like a little more squirt when going for the Bag.
Matrix, with a little goatee, is just in front of Freya.
THE STERN WAVE!
We're with Upbeat from Sandy and The Love Boat goes down. Argh, argh, argh.
Gee. I hope someone is looking forward?!
Action stations.
Andrew Stopp and Co. are off to do the new M2L Cruising the Xmas. Nice work. Why not join them? Go HERE for info.
What's a story about wine without the God of wine, I tell you. Almost like I planned it or something...
Cappers
Visage. You know, I still haven't got that one answered...
Another blast-from-the-past band.
I hope you've got bait on that!
Oh Lord - again. Well done INSX. (Actually I must re-check the numbers, but a cursory glance seemed to indicate it as so... and no-one has beaten me up about it yet. Looks promising.)
Ah huh. We do have more. Promise.
