ORCV Melbourne Winter Series (MWS)

No wonder!

This batch was Steb Fisher's favourite. I could have had, as a minimum, a dozen hero pics!!!

Enough of my stuff, the chosen one was selected simply because I don't think we've had Ninety Seven as hero pic before. Strap in. We're off! BTW - Images are in no particular order and we're starting with the new Mistress (Yes. I will get into trouble for that, but....).

It is always hard to display the size of waves in either stills or live motion. This particular image goes a long way to solving that.

A little earlier on (only a matter of seven minutes), Extasea had gotten through, so the comparison shows just how quickly it marched in...

The old wave into the side of the hull trick. This one is fairly innocuous...

Three minutes after Extasea, XLR8 went through. (possibly Matrix heading home...)

...Which of course means this is #6.

Based on this image, you would not believe that is the very next in the sequence!!!

We're onto Hush now, who finished about two minutes before Extasea, so it is interesting to see the difference size does make... (And yes, I will probably get pinged for that too!)

Another sensational effort to show the power of the water against the drama of a yacht making it's way.
